2022-2023 Rules for simulator usage

Single Membership $350; Family Membership-Husband/Wife $450

Under 18 are free of charge if accompanied by a member but must be accompanied by an adult member (parent). Membership is good from 11/1/22-4/1/23

The hourly rate for a non-member to use the simulator is $35/hr total, regardless of users. (one person using the simulator is $35/hr, 4 people using the simulator is $35/hr)

If a non-member golfs with member, their rate will be $10/hr per individual. ex. if 2 non-members golf with a member, they will be billed $20/hr. per hour total. This will be an honor system while the clubhouse is closed, monitored by security cameras.

A membership will get you access to a KEYFOB that will get you UNLIMITED ACCESS to the simulator, regardless of the clubhouse hours.  Members will have privileged access during hours when clubhouse is closed/  Non-Members will have priority access during clubhouse open hours.  However, if the simulator is not being used by non member during open hours, it will be available to members.

The simulator must be reserved ahead of time though the link above (preferred) or by calling the clubhouse during open hours.  This is crucial to let people know ahead of time if the simulator is available or not.  While the cost is shown on the reservation, payment is not required upon completion. Nonmembers can pay at the clubhouse and members fees are covered by their membership. Unfortunately canceling is a real pain and you have to call the clubhouse for that, and even then, we might not get the website to update.  After booking you will get a bunch of emails, you can ignore those other than the confirmation its booked.

Your clubs must be COMPLETELY clean, free of debris prior to playing.  Debris on your clubs will transfer to the ball and will deteriorate our screen at a fast rate.  All balls must also be free of all debris this includes writing or marking from permanent markers.  Finally, please bring your golf shoes or a clean pair of shoes to use to keep the carpeted floors and turf clean.
